The challenges

What is at stake

Conventional and addressable fire detection systems: control panels, detectors, manual call points, sounders and beacons. Installations commissioned, tested and documented for operation and regulatory inspections.

Every second counts

A fire detected early can be controlled; detected late, it puts lives at risk.

Our answer

Detectors chosen for each room and placed according to coverage rules.

False alarms wear down trust

Repeated false alarms end up being ignored, or getting the system switched off.

Our answer

Detectors suited to kitchens, car parks and dusty rooms, with monitored settings and maintenance.

Locating the incident immediately

In a large building, knowing the zone is not enough: you need to know which room.

Our answer

Addressable systems: every device is displayed with its exact location.

Regulatory inspections

Safety commissions and insurers ask for evidence: tests, logbooks and maintenance.

Our answer

Safety logbook kept up to date and periodic tests documented.

Architecture

An architecture designed in layers

A fire detection system connects every detector in a loop to a control panel that analyses, locates and then triggers the alarm and the safety automations.

Every installation is delivered tested, labelled and documented, for simple operation and maintenance.

  1. Layer 01

    Detection

Optical smoke, heat and multi-sensor detectors, chosen room by room.

  2. Layer 02

    Manual activation

Manual call points near exits and staircases.

  3. Layer 03

    Control panel & loop

Addressable control panel, loops protected against breaks, backed-up power supply.

  4. Layer 04

    Alarm & evacuation

Sounders, beacons and evacuation messages broadcast in the areas concerned.

  5. Layer 05

    Interlocks

Fire doors, smoke extraction, ventilation shutdown, access release.

Services

Our services

01

Conventional and addressable fire control panels

Conventional for small sites, addressable as soon as precise location matters.

02

Smoke, heat and multi-sensor detectors

The right sensor in the right place: bedrooms, kitchens, technical rooms, car parks.

03

Manual call points, sirens and beacons

An alarm audible and visible everywhere, including for people with hearing loss.

04

Alarm repeaters and mimic panels

Repeaters at reception, mimic panels and reporting to the security desk.

05

Periodic testing and log books

Tests on the regulatory schedule, recorded in the safety logbook.

06

Coordination with the evacuation PA system

Evacuation messages triggered automatically, zone by zone.

FAQ

Your questions

Another question? Our engineers will answer.

Conventional or addressable: what is the difference?

A conventional system shows the zone in alarm; an addressable system shows the exact detector. Beyond a few zones, addressable saves precious time.

How often should the system be tested?

Regular tests are mandatory and a full check is carried out at least once a year. We set the schedule and keep the logbook up to date.

How can false alarms be reduced?

By choosing the right type of detector for each room, placing it correctly and maintaining the installation regularly.
