The challenges

What is at stake

UPS, batteries and protected power distribution for server rooms, security, medical and process equipment: no micro-cuts, no data loss, the right autonomy.

Sensitive equipment

Servers, medical equipment, security systems and controllers cannot tolerate even a brief interruption.

Our answer

Double-conversion on-line UPSs: the output stays stable whatever happens upstream.

A disturbed mains supply

Voltage dips, surges and noise damage power supplies and cause random failures.

Our answer

Voltage and frequency regulated at all times, disturbances filtered out.

Holding on until backup takes over

The UPS must hold until the generator starts, or allow the servers to shut down cleanly.

Our answer

Autonomy calculated on your loads and automatic server shutdown during long outages.

Batteries under watch

Batteries age without warning: real autonomy shrinks year after year.

Our answer

Battery tests, monitoring and planned replacement.

Architecture

An architecture designed in layers

The UPS sits between the mains and your critical equipment: it rebuilds a perfect voltage and switches to batteries without the slightest interruption.

Every installation is delivered tested, labelled and documented, for simple operation and maintenance.

  1. Layer 01

    Mains & generator

Normal supply, with generator backup upstream.

  2. Layer 02

    On-line UPS

Rectifier, inverter and static switch: a stable output at all times.

  3. Layer 03

    Batteries

Sized autonomy, batteries in cabinets or racks, monitored.

  4. Layer 04

    Maintenance bypass

Work on the UPS without cutting power to the equipment.

  5. Layer 05

    UPS-backed network

A dedicated, labelled board and sockets reserved for critical equipment.

FAQ

Your questions

Another question? Our engineers will answer.

UPS or generator?

They complement each other: the UPS provides instant continuity, the generator takes over for long outages.

How much autonomy should we plan?

Enough for the generator to start, or to shut the servers down cleanly if there is no generator. We calculate it on your actual loads.

How often should the batteries be replaced?

Depending on the technology and temperature, often every 3 to 5 years. Regular tests make it possible to replace them at the right time.
